Prosperity Longevity Noodles in ‘Lo Hei’ Style

Red House Seafood’s very own Prosperity Longevity Noodles in ‘Lo Hei’ Style makes a debut in the Parents Day menu this year. Elevate the celebratory mood with a festive toss of this lavish ensemble that resembles an elegantly-plated ‘Yu Sheng’. Longevity noodles are placed in the centre, encircled by a medley of ingredients such as baby abalone, shredded chicken, bean sprouts, strips of carrot, dried shiitake mushroom, choy sum, chives, fried scallions, dough fritters and an onsen egg.

Smoked Lemongrass Chicken - a ‘Kung fu’ dish

Also new on the menu is the Smoked Lemongrass Chicken that features a tender GG French Poulet. Prized for its ethical rearing, the chicken is free-range and devoid of hormones and chemicals.

After braising the spring chicken in a special stock that is infused with a myriad of aromatics and seasonings, it is expertly perfumed in a claypot with lemongrass and tea leaves.
